SalesDesk Widget Terms and Conditions

 

1. About the Service

1.1 SalesDesk Widget is the add-on service of SalesDesk which is a tool that helps Google AdWords advertisers measure the results of the Google AdWords advertising by using the on-site installation tool. Once the users integrate the widget code to their websites, the system can immediately measure the results of the advertising when customers fill out the form; click on the widget button to view contact number; to add LINE@; to send messages via Facebook Messenger, Skype, Whatsapp etc.

 

1.2 Users can easily register for the account; verify and activate by filling out the personal information and connecting the AdWords account with ReadyPlanet SalesDesk Widget; filling in the business information, and getting the Widget Code for installation on the website manually without any charges.

 

1.3 Connecting users’ AdWords account to the SalesDesk system has the intention of learning and providing information about the keywords used to advertise; and sending information to associate with contact results through the Widget. After that, the system will generate statistics and performance reports of each AdWords campaign. The SalesDesk system is not affiliated with the management of any user's AdWords ads.

 

1.4 The SalesDesk Widget is a service that has been designed as a sharing platform for every users. After installing the widget code on the website, users can login to their accounts on the SalesDesk widget website to view statistics of contacts obtained through multi channels such as Email, Phone Number, Facebook Page URL, LINE ID for the specific AdWords campaigns linked to the account and widget. At the same time, the system will also send a daily summary to users by email.

 

1.5. The SalesDesk Widget software, its designed component, data, and all other related matters, including without limitation, have been developed and are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary rights and are the intellectual property of ReadyPlanet Asia Pacific Limited. The copying, rearrangement, redistribution, modification, directly or indirectly, of any such matters or any part of the software is strictly prohibited.

 

1.6 The SalesDesk Widget platform is a certified work and belongs solely to ReadyPlanet Asia Pacific Limited The service provider reserves the right to show the message  "Powered by SalesDesk" at the bottom of the user’s website.

 

1.7. Users have studied and understood the features of the SalesDesk Widget that are described on the website https://www.readyplanet.asia/171821/salesdesk-widget; and users accept the possible changes of functions and features which will be in the form of improvements to the new version, both in terms of optimizing applications, user interface development, system security and other service enhancements.

 

1.8 Users have carefully read and accepted the Privacy Policy as shown on the website:  https://www.readyplanet.asia/171902/privacy-policy

 

2. Services Renewal and Cancellation

 

2.1 The service provider will notify users by written email; and by telephone verbally when the package is nearly expired. If the user wishes to renew the package please contact the service provider for at least 15 days before the package expiry date.

 

2.2 For users who do not wish to continue the service and do not respond to the notification before the expiry date, the Service provider reserve the right to remove users accounts and all of the information within 1 month after the package expiry date.

 

2.3 After all data is deleted according to the cancellation period, users will not be able to log in to the customer data management system on the SalesDesk Widget website. We suggest that the important data must be stored in the other sources for the usage after service cancellation.

 

3. About the system

 

3.1. The service provider tries to fully manage the system to ensure stability; however, sometimes the service can be disrupted. The service provider shall bear no responsibility for any damages that may be incurred due to disaster, telecommunication issues or other force majeure events, third-party hacking or cracking, internet infrastructure failures or other server failures on user’s side.

 

3.2 The users, from their side, should also reserve or store an important contents and information in other storage sources so that they will be able to backup their own content into the new system. However, the service provider is trying our best that users’ information will not be lost.

 

3.3 The service provider regularly perform data backup according to the company standard. In case of serious damage, the latest and completed backup data can be used for restoration. We have developed a continuous backup system in order to be able to store and retrieve data efficiently. However, we cannot fully guarantee a damage if the data stored is lost.

 

4. Change of Rules and conditions

 

4.1 The service provider shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement at any time without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately. Users agree to review this agreement periodically since subsequent use of the SalesDesk Widget platform shall constitute your acceptance of any changes. We are not responsible for damage caused to members or third parties as a result of this change.

 

4.2 The Service Provider reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue the service and / or access to any or all of the information including any related services of the SalesDesk Widget temporarily or permanently without any prior notice.

 

4.3 The Service Provider distribute the SalesDesk Widget only to any users who obeys and do not violate the applicable laws and regulations. We reserves the right to revoke a membership of non-compliant users who do not follow a policy and this terms of service.
